Majdalawi is a hand-woven cotton fabric made on the manual loom in Gaza. Used in traditional Palestinian dresses throughout southern Palestine, the fabric is woven by a handful of weavers working to keep the tradition alive in the face of erasure.
Palestinian tatreez (cross-stitch embroidery) is a centuries-old art form handmade by women in Palestine and traditionally passed down from mother to daughter.
