Please consider your orders carefully, choosing the right item and the size for you, because we want to keep our prices fair and not burden the environment by avoiding unnecessary return shipping. We highly suggest that you measure yourself using the measurements provided on each product page in order to make the right decision about sizing. If you're unsure about a product and have some questions, don't hesitate to shoot a message.
If you place an order, you will get a confirmation email with the e-mail you registered with. We include all information you need for the product available.
shipping & delivery
All US, Canadian, and European orders are shipped via DHL. Once a package ships, it is usually scheduled to arrive within 2-3 business days of its ship date. Please know that there may be slight delays in the time it takes for a package to leave Palestine due to circumstances out of our control under Israeli Military occupation (i.e. Jewish holidays, etc.)
All SWANA (South West Asian and North African) orders are shipped via Aramex. Once a package ships, it is usually scheduled to arrive within 5-7 business days of its ship date. Please know that there may be slight delays in the time it takes for a package to leave Palestine due to circumstances out of our control under Israeli Military occupation (i.e. Jewish holidays, etc.)
International shipping rates vary depending on your location. All international duties/taxes are payable by the purchaser on delivery. Delivery times will vary depending on the receiving country & customs clearance times. Please be patient with us: because Palestine is under Israeli military occupation, our borders are subject to the whims of our oppressor. This means that clothing can get held up at erratically and unexpectedly closed checkpoints. Getting items out of the West Bank is difficult and can result in longer delivery times. As this purchase supports a great cause, we believe it is worth the wait. Thanks again for the patience and support!

return of goods policy
Within 10 days of receipt, you are able to return the product if the order is still sellable, meaning unworn and original tags attached. After 10 days the order is final. Products may be exchanged for a different size or style.
Please note that only the cost of the items themselves will be refunded, not the cost of shipping.
Return costs are for the user and you will receive a voucher according to the value of the returned goods for another purchase. A refund will only be provided if your goods are faulty, or damaged during shipping.
Each product is being checked on production faults before it is shipped. If failures are being found after 10 days, which is not the consequence of using the product, please contact our customer service and we will offer a suitable solution.
In the event the package is not received by us or lost in transit, BabyFist will not be liable if there is no tracking information. You are liable for return shipping costs, and we observe the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our refund policy requirements.
