How much does shipping cost?
We offer shipping to the USA between 12 and 80 USD depending on the state and weight of the order. Shipping to the United Kingdom and West Europe is between 38 and 61 USD. For the US and Europe, shipping options include Skyship (10-12 day delivery) and Fedex (5-7 day delivery).
We are working hard to find alternative and cheaper shipping options to Europe but in the meantime we suggest ordering with a friend or two so you can share the cost of shipping : )
Shipping to Jordan is between 15 and 50 USD depending on the weight of the order.
Shipping to Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain is between 34 and 46 USD depending on the weight of the order.
Shipping options to Canada, Turkey, and Australia include FedEx and DHL.
How fast is your U.S. shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase from our Ramallah studio, pending availability. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
All orders to the United Kingdom and Europe are shipped via Fedex and arrived within 3-4 days of the ship date.
All orders to Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Bahrain ship with Aramex and arrive within one week from the ship date.
Does Occupation affect the shipping process?
Yes, as creatives working under occupation, we are affected by the occupation in a way we cannot control. Please note that while in most cases, orders ship promptly, we are subject to erratic and unexpected border closures by the Israeli military, to National strikes mourning and honoring Martyrs, and many other obstacles due to Israeli Military Occupation which can some times affect how quickly we are able to get a package out.
Israeli holidays also close our own borders and the postal service, meaning that during Jewish holidays shipping is often delayed.
Garments and items embroidered in Gaza can also be delayed as Palestinians living in Gaza are subject to erratic and unexpected border closures.
If you are hoping to purchase an item for a birthday or holiday, please note that while in most cases items arrive on time, there is a chance that it will not due to these factors out of our control.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, we do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide us with an alternative address.
