Social Media Manager

As we continue to expand our online presence, we are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee Nöl Collective’s social media strategy in order to enhance our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing content,  creating engaging content, and analyzing analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and improve marketing and sales efforts.
  • Set up and optimize our social pages within each platform to increase the visibility of Nöl Collective’s social content.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with our marketing objectives.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to our audience using our tone of voice.
  • Analyze insights and tweak strategy as needed to optimize performance.
  • Monthly field trips to visit producers and document production.

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of work experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, Shopify,  Ads Manager and Instagram promotion.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
  • Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Videography and editing skills-Ability to shoot videos and create short Reels and Stories.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking.
  • Fluency in English.
